The college provides and promotes both skill-based and job-oriented courses that help the women's community become more independent and career-oriented. It not only helps in chiseling out the academic excellence of the students but also trains them in various extracurricular activities. R.B.Gothi Jain College for Women is focused on instilling entrepreneurial and ethical values in women, which gives them an edge and adaptability in today's highly competitive work culture. Shri Bhawarlal Gothi is an educationist, philanthropist, and "Bhamashah Awardee" instituted by the Ministry of Education, Government of Rajastan, for his dedicated service in the fields of medicine and education.
