The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of R.B.Gothi Jain College for  women has been formed to Guide the students in developing skills and job-search strategies required to achieve their career objectives. The placement cell has undertaken several measures like organizing seminars, mock interviews, soft skills, communicative skills, personality development, corporate culture and leadership skills for the students. The Mission of our career guidance and Placement Cell is to train the students on industry needs and provide the best opportunities available. The Cell offers students guidance regarding different paths in higher education and other career opportunities apart from placement support.
