The Department of Business Administration, R.B. Gothi Jain College for Women, in association with IQAC, organized a Motivational Talk exclusively for the first-year students on July 03, 2026, at Venue S2. The programme was conducted under the guidance of our Respected Principal Dr. Mrs. M. Mahalakshmi and with the support of our beloved Vice Principal Mrs. K. Geetha.

The resource person for the session was Ms. R. Anupriya, M.Com., M.Phil., HOD I/C & Assistant Professor, Department of Bank Management, R.B. Gothi Jain College for Women. She delivered an inspiring and interactive session focusing on the importance of setting clear academic and career goals from the beginning of college life.

During the session, the speaker emphasized the values of discipline, self-confidence, positive thinking, perseverance and effective time management. She encouraged students to make the best use of the opportunities and resources available in the college and highlighted the importance of continuous learning and skill development. The resource person also motivated students to overcome challenges with determination and maintain a balanced approach toward academics and personal growth.

The programme was highly informative and beneficial for the students. It helped them gain clarity about their academic journey and inspired them to work towards achieving their future goals with confidence and commitment.
