The NSS Unit of R. B. Gothi Jain College for women organised “Traffic Awareness Programme” for our NSS volunteers on 18.06.2026 at 10.00am. The objective of the programme is to create awareness on traffic rules and road safety among students and to reduce accidents caused by negligence among youth.

The programme was headed by our Respected Principal Dr.Mrs.M.Mahalakshmi with the support of our beloved vice Principal Mrs.K.Geetha.

The Police officials addressed the volunteers on topics such as road safety, traffic rules, and responsible driving, helmet usage, seat belts, no drunk driving and mobile phone usage while driving. He also demonstrated hand signals used by traffic police. Around 100 NSS volunteers actively took part in this programme.
