NSS volunteers of R.B.Gothi Jain College For women organized "Fire Safety Awareness Programme" on 20.06.2026. The programme was conducted by officers from the Local Fire Station who educated students and staff about fire prevention methods, evacuation procedures and types of fire extinguishers. The session included a detailed presentation followed by a live demonstration on the proper use of fire extinguishers using the PASS technique: Pull, Aim, Squeeze and Sweep. A mock evacuation drill was also conducted to practice safe exit routes and assembly points. Around 300 students and faculties participated in the programme. The session was highly interactive and helped to increase awareness among participants to handle fire emergencies effectively.
