📚✨ A Day with a Book – National Librarian Day & International Youth Day ✨📚

The Book Club and Student Development Council of R. B. Gothi Jain College for Women jointly organized National Librarian Day & International Youth Day with the theme “One Student, One Minute, One Story.” on 12th August 2026. The programme witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 1,000+ students and was conducted as a World Record Event, creating a remarkable milestone for the institution.

A One-Minute Motivational Story was presented to inspire students, promote positive thinking, and encourage reading habits. The programme highlighted the importance of libraries and books in enhancing knowledge, creativity, and personality development. The Student Development Council emphasized the importance of youth leadership, teamwork, and social responsibility.

The programme was presided over by the Respected Principal, Dr. Mrs. M. Mahalakshmi, and Vice-Principal, Mrs. K. Geetha, and was successfully coordinated by the Book Club Coordinator, Student Council Coordinator, and Library Coordinator.

The event created an inspiring and memorable experience for the students, encouraging them to develop a lifelong love for reading and learning. 📖✨
